Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address; the order currency follows the destination.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) material is stored under controlled conditions and dispatched with handling guidance in every parcel. The goal is simple: the material you test arrives in the condition its documentation describes. On arrival, inspect the vial and packaging, confirm the lot number matches the COA, and store it correctly before use.
Tracking
Once an order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email, and the status shows on your order history. Sign in to view your orders at any time.
Damaged or delayed parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or temperature-compromised, report it promptly so we can resolve it — the reporting window and conditions are set out in our Terms of Sale.
